Policy

At Accurate DNA Testing Solutions, refunds are not available once a test has been performed or if DNA kits have been shipped.

 

Any appointment can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to testing.

Appointments cancelled on the day of service are subject to a $50 administration service fee.

​

If sample recollection is required and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued, the test can still be rescheduled.

​

Estimated test completion times are discussed at scheduling and confirmed during testing; while results are typically delivered on time, occasional delays may occur.

​

Once testing is initiated, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
